Everything is mailed right away from Cleveland, OH. It will be shipped to you by the fine people at my neighborhood United States Post Office branch with First Class Post unless you buy so much I have to pick a different (fast) option. I really try to keep the shipping costs down so I will always combine orders and I go to the Post Office daily.
